I’m Aimee, a professional nanny and certified infant sleep consultant with over 15 years’ experience in the early years industry.
Based in West Sussex, I specialise in bespoke wedding nanny services - caring for and entertaining your little guests so you can enjoy your special day with complete peace of mind. I also provide personalised sleep support for children up to five years old, helping families build calmer, more restful nights as a certified baby & toddler sleep consultant.
Over the years, I’ve supported families in their homes, childcare settings, and at weddings, as well as guided them through the often challenging journey of infant and toddler sleep. I created Auntie Aimee’s Childcare to offer warm, experienced, and tailored support - whether that’s making a wedding day run smoothly or helping transform sleepless nights into more settled routines.

Auntie Aimee’s Childcare was created by me in 2023, initially providing ad hoc nanny services in and around my local area. As the business grew, so did my passion for supporting families, naturally leading me into wedding nannying and sleep consultancy. As a nanny, I’ve worked with many tired families and wanted to expand my knowledge so I could offer even more support. I’ve always wanted to give parents peace of mind and reassurance, allowing them to truly enjoy one of the most special days of their lives too - their wedding day.
The name comes from my love of being an auntie to my three amazing nieces and nephew. I was just 15 when I first held my niece, and I knew in that moment that I wanted to work with children.

“Aimee’s sleep plan has completely changed our lives. She created a tailored plan for my 3‑year‑old based on his needs and how we parent, so following it felt natural. We were in a rut, letting him come into our bed every night. He had multiple wake‑ups, wasn’t sleeping well and it affected his behaviour. This went on for about a year and we were all exhausted. After about 3 weeks of consistently following Aimee’s plan, he now sleeps through the night in his own bed most nights. We also have a plan for any wake‑ups so we don’t undo all the hard work.
